Soyier is happy to accept returns for any unused and unopened full size products within 30 days of purchase. This excludes travel sizes and travel sets.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in it’s original packaging with the accompanying receipt or proof of purchase. We do not issue refunds for opened or used products.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged. Pending evaluation, you may be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
